I know it's not time to stress yet, but...
I know it's not time to stress yet, but I really want to start calling this baby by his name instead of "the baby," "it," "he," "the cheerio (as his daddy calls him)," or "The guppy (as I like to call him)." I wanted to call Troy "The Guppy" but he's stuck with "The Peanut" and Guppy suits this little guy much better, since he's always swimming around inside me whenever I start feeling the slightest bit of nausea, which always amplifies the feeling. LoL He's a stinker, just like his older brother!
My main reason for this post is about the baby (see, what did I tell you?!). Bruce and I have hardly talked about names this time around, where as last time with Troy, we both picked out and mentioned tons of names but we always ruled out the ones that the other liked. It sucked. For those of you who weren't around way back when I posted about how Troy got his name, I had a dream that revealed his name to me; Troy Alan. When I told Bruce about my dream, he agreed on the name and The Grape (as Troy was called while still in the womb LoL) was then called Troy, and after he was born, The Peanut, since he looked like a peanut when swaddled. My situation now is that I haven't bothered coming up with many names this time due to all the names I suggested last time being rejected.
Sooo... I'm going to ask anyone and everyone who happens to read this to throw some boy names out there for me so I can have a few to suggest to my hubby and see if we can find this baby a name sometime soon. Any names will due, I just want to have a list going! I need idea's, people, I'm suffering from placenta brain, thus meaning all ideas are freash out! Feel free to email them to me, leave them on the tagboard or in comments, whatever! Thanks!!!
I also wanted to mention that today I saw my belly jump for the first time, and many times after. The visible kicking and jabbing lasted for about 30 minutes total! I never noticed my belly jumping much with Troy until the very end of my pregnancy. Until then it was mostly just setting my hand on my belly and feeling the kick on the outside. This time, even though I'm less than 25 weeks right now, I can already SEE the kicking, punching and flipping and I was so excited to see it, too! It was almost strange, watching my belly jump up and down while I laid on my side and watched it, knowing that it wasn't ME doing that to my own body, it was the Guppy.
All the puking, dry heaving, nausea, backaches, sore stomache, ligament pain, cramping, contractions, headaches and so forth are made up for when little instances like my jumping belly occur. *sweet sigh* :)
*PS... that doesn't mean I won't continue to complain though! LoL*
